1. Who can use it

Adults only: 18 or older, or the age of majority in your country if it's higher. By signing up, you confirm your age. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we delete it.

2. What this service is

Winky is chatting with AI characters and creating photos from a description. The characters are fictional: they have a personality, memory and their own "life", but this is the work of a neural network, not a real person. Their words and actions are made up by the model and can be inaccurate, contradictory or unexpected. This is not advice, not therapy and not a replacement for real communication. If you really feel bad, talk to people close to you or seek help from a specialist.

Some scenarios and images may be explicit and erotic in nature. They are intended for adults only.

3. What's not allowed

Any content involving minors or characters who look like or are described as minors, including hints and "age play". Photos of real people, celebrities or acquaintances without their consent. Illegal content, threats, harassment, fraud. Attempts to bypass filters, hack the service, scrape data automatically or resell access. For violations, we may restrict or delete your account without warning.

If your account is blocked for violating these terms, payments are not refunded.

4. Your content

You're responsible for your requests and for how you use the photos and texts you create. Content created in the service may be used for personal purposes. We don't guarantee that results are unique. Requests and replies are automatically checked by filters, and prohibited content is blocked.

5. Availability

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep everything running, but photo generation is sometimes unavailable or slower than usual, and character replies depend on third-party models. We are not liable for service interruptions or for indirect losses arising from use of the service.

6. Account

Keep your password safe and do not share your account. One account - one person. You can delete your account together with chats, characters and album on request at [email protected].

7. Payment and refunds

Paid plans and photo and message packs are paid in cryptocurrency through crypto payment services, which you can see on the payment page. Payment is one-time, there is no auto-renewal or automatic charging. A plan is valid for 30 days from payment, purchased photo and message packs do not expire. Prices are in US dollars, the network fee for the transfer is paid by the buyer and is shown on the payment page. What has been paid for and already used cannot be refunded. If the payment went through but the plan or pack did not appear, or the service was not provided through our fault, write to support at [email protected] or through the support chat in settings: we will check the payment and either credit what you paid or refund the money. A cancelled or failed frame is not charged.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll let you know about important changes in the app. By continuing to use the service after changes, you agree to them.

9. Complaints and removal

If you found yourself or someone you know in an image, or noticed a violation, write to [email protected]: we will check and remove it.
