1. What we store

Your email, name and time zone from the account, and when you sign in with Google or Telegram, the identifier, name and language from those services. Your password is stored only as an Argon2id hash, we do not know the password itself. Your chats, characters and what they remember about you, created photos, albums and settings. For security and abuse protection: your IP address and a log of actions in your account. For debugging and moderation, a log of model requests, including the texts of requests and replies, is kept for up to 90 days.

2. How we protect it

The database is encrypted: without the key its contents cannot be read. Backups are also stored only in encrypted form. The encryption key is not kept on disk in plain form. Photos are stored in a protected storage where data is encrypted. The connection to the service uses HTTPS, and internal data channels are encrypted. Access to data is restricted.

3. What is shared and with whom

To make the service work we use technical contractors: language model providers (they receive the chat text and the character description in order to reply), computing providers (they receive the description and frames when photos are created and edited), storage and delivery (file storage, site protection and acceleration), payment and email services. From payment services we receive only the payment number and the amount, wallet details stay with the service. Some language model providers do not guarantee deletion of requests after the reply. We do not sell data and do not pass it on for advertising.

4. Why

So you can sign in from any device, so characters remember the conversation and live in your time zone, so your album stays put, and so filters keep prohibited content out. We don't show ads and don't use your chats or photos to train models.

5. Cookies and browser storage

The main cookie is the sign-in session, without it you cannot stay in your account. When you register or sign in with Google, two more temporary cookies are set, they are needed only to complete the sign-in. Browser storage holds interface settings, language and message drafts. There are no third-party trackers or analytics.

If you came through a tagged link, for example from a partner, a cookie with that tag is set for 30 days, and your account keeps which link you came from. This is how we count where people come from and pay rewards to partners.

6. How long we keep it

As long as you have an account. The log of model requests is kept for up to 90 days, security logs for a limited time. After you delete your account the data is erased from the working database, and from the encrypted backup at its next update.

7. Your rights

Find out what is stored about you, correct it, get a copy or delete it. Write to [email protected] - we will reply within 30 days.

8. Age

The service is for adults only. We don't knowingly collect data from minors and delete such accounts as soon as we learn about them.
